The headquarters for the 17th Studebaker National Meet will be located within the Gold Coast International Hotel on Queensland's Gold Coast. The hotel is located on the corner of the Gold Coast Highway and Staghorn Avenue at Surfers Paradise, providing easy access to North and Southbound highways, beaches, malls and other attractions. The hotel provides all of the facilities which could be expected of a luxury high rise complex. This includes several bars and restaurants, pool (with swim in bar) and spa, gymnasium, and comprehensive in-room facilities. For this event, all meal venues will be contained within the hotel's large Ballroom and Cocktail areas. Meals will be served from the hotel's own gourmet kitchens, thus providing an excellent menu at an affordable price.

Registered participants of the 17th Studebaker National Meet will also, for the first time, have exclusive use of the hotel's underground, secure car park. Car wash areas will also be provided for participants, thus creating a comfortable environment to detail and store their cars.
