The Studebaker Car Club of Queensland IncLatest News
The Studebaker Car Club of Queensland inc. was founded in 1971 to promote the restoration, maintenance and regular use of all Studebaker vehicles. We currently have over 100 members from Queensland, New South Wales, and the United States. We are also affiliated with inter-state and overseas clubs. Our activities include monthly meetings, day trips, weekend tours, restoration runs, social nights and a very successful annual concours weekend which includes a social dinner, swap meet and vehicle display. Next Club Meeting: Tuesday, July 15, 2008 (This is the regular date and may be subject to change) Members are kept up-to-date with the national monthly "Stude News" magazine and our own quarterly newsletter "The Studebaker Spotlight". The Spotlight features colour photographs of recent events, historical literature, new and old articles from various sources, spotters guides on a variety of models, club sales and a good listing of cars and parts for sale. The club sales officer stocks a wide range of merchandise including shirts, signs, key rings, models, books, stickers, etc. Club members also receive a discount from selected Studebaker parts vendors. Members are also invited to access the extensive collection of technical information, shop manuals, historical literature, magazines and videos contained in the club's library. Membership fees are $45.00 per year including magazine subscriptions. Members also qualify for concessional registration in Queensland for their Studebaker. For more information, please contact the club membership officer. ![]() |
